We have two ways to build our HFR 11.1.2.4 reports

From Workspace launch Web reporting studio

From HFR Studio [Which we can Install from Workspace->Tools->Install->HFR Studio

How to check the HFR services from Workspace

Navigate->Administer->Services->RA Services should be in green ball

If you are facing any issue while running the report from Workspace as below please follow the below suggestions

Issue:

please follow the below steps:

1.     1.Connect to FR studio open the  affected Report

2.     2.Highlight the Grid

3.     3.Navigate to Task>Data Query Optimization Settings

4.     4.Uncheck the option for "Essbase Queries use MDX".

5.     5.Click on "OK" tab to Save.

6.     6.Save and run the report
